Clouds are great to photograph. There are always interesting shapes, and sizes and when you use them as a background for your subject, it makes a great picture. They look really great in black-and-white photography because they add contrast to the picture. Task is a great time to photograph them because you will see more than colors, especially when the clouds turned pink or a reddish color as in sunsets.
